I've had a few customers contact me this week about one of my rooms not loading at all in CLASSIC CLIENT.
I've tested it on all 3 of my accounts in Classic Client, and it will not load for me, either.
I've tested the base room AND the decorated bundle. Neither will load.
BASE ROOM:
PID: 61002862
DECORATED BUNDLE:
PID: 61014122
I've contacted CS via live chat and was told that they can only assist with basics for creating, so I should come and post my issue here. So... here it is.
Is ANYONE ELSE having these issues?

hi @RiaWinx this bug is a while here now seems to happen with bundled rooms that you see 2 rooms in in your inventory one never loads and the other does my advice as what i did myself also is hide the one what doesn't load

Since my original post, I've tested it on a different computer in Classic Client. Same issue.
Then I tried to open the base room in Shop (Classic Client). It loaded, but it loaded as the decorated bundle. This was on one of my alt accounts, by the way, not the account that I used to submit the products.
NOW I can load it as "My Room", fully decorated. I'm assuming this is because it successfully loaded in Shop, so is now in my cache.
I contacted my customer and asked them to try to load it in Shop. They were able to load the BASE room, but it loaded as the DECORATED Bundle. They are still NOT able to load the room in Classic Client.

I just tried you Quilted Quiet Room Bundle and it loaded quickly and easily. IDK
