[Archived - akin] What is happening with the shop lately? Tags aren't shown/used at all

Ah, I see. Yes, any product in that category that has recently sold will show *if* akin is in the product keywords. This is the intended way for the search to work.

To help alleviate this, IMVU added the Filter for "Creator". see below... This will show your Best Match by default.

I search on GA female on imvu classic. Since I type a word "akin" best match on a search has to be "akin", then after all my best matching searches on that word, other searches should appear. Should I type akinea101 to see my products? Cause they wont show up on this search.

It's been day 123091412 - I lost count. Tags aren't working even now.

1. I struggle making meshes (don't forgot the work behind a mesh, is not just a simple derive add color and boom the end) I add keywords for popular event (like x-mas that is now) and nothing shows up
2. I type my own username (akin), I reached page 76 and could go more, but on 76 pages, I show up with 5 products (4 of them on page 2) and one that is on display only (0 sales) on page 76. All the rest of the results are ancient products that show up in front of my products. I am sure that this thing (bring old ancient creators and products) wont help at all on sales, who buys products from 10 years ago when things changed and evolved (including bodies and quality of products).
3. I am not in a mood to rename my account "X912Yisah1920" just to be unique and how up on search, cause this name wont be remembered by anyone to search it.
4. my name was bought from premium name had costed over 100K at that time just to be buried by an inactive user from 14 years ago?

Lol i laugh to my self when i write about this over and over again. I am getting messages from people asking why they cant see my stuff when they search by name - newest products, and ofc its not fixed after months and months. Imvu should fix it but they dont even understand what we are saying because they check creator shop and they say we see all the products normaly, and all is fine lol. Many people have this problems just they gaved up, and i wrote this just to tell you are not the only one who have issues but i dont think it will be fixed.

Hello?! Anyone handling this bug @Saturi​ @EMpulse​ ?

To give you another example, my name shows up again on search on best match on page 1 with 3 products (which had sales), after this ancient products, on page 5 my name shows again with some products that I have 18 sales on it, and on page 8 with other products on which one of them has over 1K sales. How is this best match working? Well, the answer is: it's not working, again, after months and months.

I noticed that the bug is somehow back, specially on rooms. The search for tags like halloween, spooky, scary, shows 1-2 pages with newly created rooms, and then rooms made 15 years ago. I have personally an outfit made for halloween (when the showcase submittion was opened), I had sales on it, in the middle of summer (who buys halloween stuff in summer?) and now, it doesn't even show on tags.

Hey hun :) I know and i agree completely, but this is something that IMVU should fix, for all the people who have this problem, they working hard and this is so wrong, so for the future, and for all of us IMVU SHOULD FIX THIS. I am not even sure how we came to this point, what they did with shop. Why you, me or anyone else have to bother yourself with this? It got to be fixed :)

For these problems you can DMCA people, your tag will be removed from their keywords. I don't want this to sound meanie, but it will be nice for some creators to work more to be known not to use people’s tag for some sales… the quality wont be the same anyway.

I have being ignored for months, not sure why but ok, so tell me please who is this person who appear in shop when people search by name Chaly4-Newest Products? Did he payed for this? I have idea, why dont u sell my name, give me 30% and i will be happy because this turn to a real CIRCUS. No one care for what i am saying, no one bother even to check. If no one can fix it ok, no problem, just please tell me it cant be fixed and thats it.
