for more than a month, shop on classic is getting worse and worse when its up to tag names.
As an example, If I search my username on shop on all categories, my products aren't showing at all. Only old products from other users that aren't having my username or close to it. This is not a particular issue only with my account, its almost the same to all creators, and this issue is affecting sales. We don't create for promo credits (something that is very used frequently) which I know this brings cash into house, but not on the creators house. I don't wanna offend anyone, but this is an issue that isn't looking like to be fixed.
I know you must be focusing on imvu web, desktop and mobile, but users actually buy from classic too.

Seems as there is no fix yet. From what I noticed, the issues is on the "best match" search, cause on "New products" the search works. Maybe there is something in code that isn't compiling well between the keyword and the Best Match. The sad part is that by default, the search is on Best Match, and not new products, and if people search for something, only old things with 0 sales will pop up, instead of the ones that should have sales.
Also, the new topic from "IMVU Creator: add in tag keywords pride and rainbow to get featured" and if you add those keywords and go search them in shop, the items wont show up, not even if you have sales on them. Bug still available on classic and imvu web also.

I have also noticed that when searching for random terms, many really old products are coming up on the first pages, one realizes this because of the icons used (showcasing very old style avatars showing the products) I guess seeing this behavior on the next catalog is harder since the manequinns dont show the icons.

Thank you, but i am using version 544.16. That version maybe fix some other bugs, but shop is still a mess. I see everything the same when i search by name.
I have just encountered another glitch. I wanted to gift a friend, and the wish list showed the products, but not the prices.

This is not a glitch. Shop in Client and IMVU Classic Web is a huge mess. When i put my name in search-Best Match i get 2 pages with best sales and then on third page i see bunch of old stuff, and when i say old i mean super old, when i check sales report i see 0 sales for those products which is normal because they are old, so they shouldn't be there at all. When i search Newest Products i see few stuff from me, and everything else from people who used my name as their keyword or product tag. Bast Match has to show our best sale products, and Newest Products our neweset products. I tried to search some other Creators and its the same. So this is not a glitch!

Hi @LestatDeLioncourt ! I dont think is just a "glitch" considering it happens for more than a month. 2 days ago i searched my catalog and I had only 9 products visible from +1800 products. If you search whatever you want on the catalog dont matter on classic or mobile there will be only products from 2009-2012 showing best match, and lets be honest, who buy these products to be on best match when new products are uploaded daily. And right now on catalog there are visible only 834 pages.

Hi @akin I find your products when searching the Classic Catalog. Your products are mixed with other Creators who have the "akin" in their name or Product Tags. Maybe it was just a "Glitch".?
