A friend of mine recently had her items flagged and removed from shop. After speaking with Live chat, she was informed that Sexual- Related Adult Recreational Items are considered UFI. I am not sure when this started or changed but this needs to be addressed. The TOS, nor the creator Agreement does not clarify that. There are so many Grey areas and I won't even address that. For many years I had believed those AP items are considered "Sexual Themed" items. If that is the case, BDSM related would also fall in line to be considered as UFI, would it not?
Someone, please rectify as soon as possible.
Thanks

Hi @xinfo Your friend would do best speaking with IMVU Staff in the Help Case. This can be done in private and with the best detail of why items were removed. No one here can give an opinion for the staff nor better explain the IMVU policy.
Thanks

I wrote BDSM in the list of tags on a GA room that was simply a pure solid color ambient photo room, and the live chat help made me take it out before he would pass the item. I was surprised the word itself was an issue, especially with the Pussyriot NFTs being so... advertised right on the feature page and rather offensive.

Just to clarify: The items that were flagged were furniture items with no poses, animations, or nodes. They are for decorative purposes only.
