I encountered a problem with my product ID 62438822.
The shading of the door was flat when I submitted it in the classic client. The shading is flat in Bender. After submission the shading turned smooth in both the classic client and in Studio (both latest updates). I can not sell the product as it is now. I tried to derive it as a new product, but both classic create and Studio mess it up again right from the start, In Studio it looks even worse than in the classic client.
I had cleared my cache, then submitted it when it looked OK. See attached image which I have in my product page. The shading is flat as it should be. Now when I open it again, the shading is smooth again which leads to a disturbed image. I cleared my cache once more after rebooting my pc, it did not matter. The product is unsellable now. I had to hide it in the catalog.
Well, there has come a new twist in this story. The product passed peer review, so I loaded it in my public room. To my big surprise, it looked OK, the door looked flat without problems. However when I moved it to another spot, the shadows were back in the door. The problem seems to occur under certain light conditions, even when I had not enabled vertex. I can fix it b y switching self illumination on, but I don't know if users will like a litter box with a lighted door in a dark basement. This is a real weird problem that I have never encountered before.
I don't know how the duplicate image came here. Seems like I can not remove it.

@JanXuan I am willing to bet the issue is with the holes in the door. If the front is one single polygon and not properly subdivided and triangulated around the holes then the exporter will randomly triangulate with unpredictable results. I hope this helps.
