Is anyone else seeing a drastic drop in sales over the last couple of months? I'm down by $1-200 a fortnight on what I used to earn. This is way more than usual fluctuations. I'm worried.

Yes, I see similar. We use the IMVU money for some things we want or places we want to go. We don't rely on it for month to month.
I really feel for those who *need* this money as part of their monthly income. :/

The WOC itself made me frown tbh. I get the whole fantasy aspect behind IMVU but I am also struggling a bit. I have some vet bills that are making it a bit hard for me.

Ok, I have tried the 100% cash/credits as well, before and leading to the weekend. I saw zero difference. I was kinda hoping that was the issue I could blame it on lol, but no, I to had the same sales on that account.
Also I have heard alot talk about the other site, which I'm apart of too, there is no difference there, sales are down there too, at least for me, and a few others I know.

@Goldilocks I'm glad you found no difference. For myself, I guess it's been a coincidence. This time I changed from credits to cash and I had 7 sales yesterday which is a bit less than normal but 4 of them were predits so I really had 3 sales that will benefit me and 4 that support IMVU's endeavor to give our stuff away for free to people who won't stick around.
@LestatDeLioncourt Sadly, that seems to be happening more and more as people's VIP runs out because they don't want to bother with tiers (losing their rooms, etc.) and there's no income to speak of here. When half the sales we do manage to get are predits it's hardly worth it anymore.

Great information Goldi :D I am glad to hear this. It would be very underhanded if it were so. I think every gets "spurts" of sales now and then.
I had a old friend of mine who is leaving IMVU and needed to dump credits... She walked my catalog. I didn't notice for a few days and looked at pended. I saw what so did and OMG, her HP was Closed, Catalog gone ;( Fortunately I had sent her some information some years ago and still had her email.
She left IMVU as she felt there is no viable work / income for the self-employed anymore ;/ I fear we are going to loose too many "foundation" creators. This could hurt IMVU and all of us...

I've been reading some worrisome posts about IMVU giving preferential treatment in sales to credit earning creators, so I decided to conduct my own little experiment. I changed one of my alt accounts from 100% cash to 100% credits for four days. I know I read that someone reported that when they switched to credits, the boost in sales lasted for three days, so I purposely chose not to make this switch over the weekend, when sales generally go up anyway. I didn't want the natural boost of weekend sales to play a factor. I did not witness the same conclusion that others have been reporting. My sales stayed the same, whether I was on 100% cash or 100% credits.

Yep but this one, I chose the mesh. Because they asked for rain money and I am having a problem exporting the xaf of an animated avatar so I suggested this instead. I'm sorry if i offended anyone.

I didn't get or see a login gift today :/
My sales last week were another drop of about 30% from the weeks before. The weekend Saturday and Sunday were this years "normal".
