Hello @NayeliLabra, the only currently available way to remove ads from your IMVU account is by signing up for VIP.

Not sure if your on classic client or on mobile.The amount of adds you can't change as a non V.I.P.Depending on your phone or PC make sure you have the minimum requirements to run I.M.V.U..It is very important to keep your cache cleared and cleaned out on a regular basis.Sounds like your running low on memory available hence the freeze or stalling out the app. VU uses a lot of resources to run on perhaps the ads are maxing out your system.Try a reinstall to see if it maybe can help you also.Good Luck
