I have a case open involving someone who leaked my personal, they told me they would handle it and that it is a safety concern but the posts are still up so I turned around and opened another case and stressed that I won’t stop until they take down the 2 posts.

Hi @XOLottiOX, the Discussions are user to user help only. You will have to work with customer service to resolve your issue. The only advice we can add is to continue to work with your current case and to ask for a supervisor review.
Example:
Hi, I would like a supervisor to review my case. I do not feel my situation was handled properly.
