[Archived - Jazzmine70761] Doesn’t seem like tiers are updating. I read in an old post that this is supposed to happen the second of each month. Can someone confirm?
Hello @Jazzmine70761 , Yes it is anywhere from the 3rd or 4th of the month. Mine updated early this morning, sometimes it is a day off but no worries they will update.

Tiers are not updating timely and whatever algorithm is used does not seem to be proving any points for tier based on sales. I’ve reported it to support but keep getting told that the algorithm is working perfectly.
