[Archived - malenium] I've submitted a ticket days ago and still haven't gotten a response to my account being on hold! Is there a number I can call to get this sorted out or when can i expect a response?!

I had a period of inactivity due to work and things, so I was gone for some time. this has never happened before, and it's been days since I sent in a ticket. To which I still have yet to get a response. I was wondering if there was a help number or something I could call to get my account sorted out. I've had this account since 2011 and i really don't want to start over.
