I recently purchased credits from your game, but the amount was deducted from my credit card and the credits were not added to my account. Could you please assist me with this issue?

Hi @shaiisa​, if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile they will need to check their purchases in the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.

 

If users purchased through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
