I have Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (Google it) so my entire world is dark! I didn't know VU had a light theme! You ppl really will complain about the tiniest little things. Well you're WRONG! The dark mode will help you read not hurt you. Your pupil expands in the dark (ie rests) and it's in the light where it's spread open. Believe me I know better than most bc I get migraines from frickin lights! Still want to argue or shut up?

Here's an insane thought - why don't you give the app users a way to track their kbs? I can't even begin to calculate the amount of users IMVU has lost because you never provided that feature!

Black letters on a dark grey background is an art school dark mode fail. I'm not sure what you are trying to fix but you only need to go back to the drawing board to see how painfully wrong and ui unfriendly this decision is.

There needs to be an option for both light and dark. How are you supposed to use the app etc, if it makes you physically ill to do so due to the colouring.

Totally against it! You can hardly see in a lot of the rooms now. Thank goodness for body lights and added lights for the rooms. Many here have eyesight problems. We have a lot of older people who enjoy the experience of youth again. How are they supposed to see?

I'm replying to this: not sure what it's like for others, but I'm on android, and when I select dark mode for my phone, it turns all of IMVU dark, including the 3d chat rooms, which also effects the colors of all the products because it removes a certain amount of certain colors, so Teal may seem more green or blue, purple may seem more red or blue, etc. it doesn't just put a black layer over everything, it literally changes their integrity, while still not dimming certain things down enough, even when my screen dimmer is down to the max.

In what world do we write letters in white ink on black paper because it’s ‘easier to read’? Where are all the books with black paper and white type? They do not exist because it is harder to read!
