I don’t know if imvu censors these kind of post. But I don’t like the direction imvu is going I know the company has to make money but when it comes to a social platform like imvu customer satisfaction is how you make the money if the customer is satisfied the money will come I’ve been on imvu since 2017 there has been hundreds of features people have been asking for since I’ve joined why are some features available on desktop version that aren’t on mobile? How can you add all these tiers to vip add a new ap+ program and a crypto currency but we can’t get something as simple as a search bar for our inventory on mobile. Why can’t I appear offline on mobile and keep it that way (you appear back online the next day) why when I post my comments and like are filled with bots why isn’t there a feature to only allow people you follow or that follow you to comment or at the bare minimum a way to let me delete peoples comments off my post. I can name a bunch more features. But yall added stuff to make vip seem more appealing but the core foundation of imvu is trash rn which is why I haven’t been on it that much. We need these fixes immediately give the users a good experience the more you try to scrap and nickel and dime the more imvu is gonna go down I love imvu I’ve met lifetime friends who i still talk to and call to this day which is why I make this post. Sorry if my grammar or spellings bad.

@YutakaSuzuki I agree with you 100%..This whole website has to be gutted from top to bottom and redone and fixed right..and it starts with getting a new owner who actually cares about it like we do...The Classic Client which is the only good version of IMVU needs to be upgraded to 64 bit !!! Why they refuse to do that but yet keep working on the horrible mobile and desktop versions that nobody wants to use because they are terrible is besides me...They are going in the completely wrong direction catering to that idea..Who makes these business decisions because every single one they make is wrong and steers the website further down..its a sinking ship...and its sad they are in denial about it.....Mobile and desktop users dont stay long as members and do not spend money on the site like classic client users do..We are the foundation of this website and are being ignored and abused..LISTEN TO US FOR ONCE !!!!! UPGRADE THE CLASSIC CLIENT AND FIX THE MUSIC ISSUES and people will stay and pay for it..!!!! Use common sense !!! This website needs a new owner..all new people at the top,they need all new technicians and engineers that are competent and know what they are doing and it needs a whole new customer help team that gets answers for us and actually knows something instead of copying and pasting the same old canned and tired responses to us all the time over and over again until we give up and quit...This is a sinking ship and this website better do something before its too late....

This morning IMVU is at 27,389. That's below 14% of their high, which was over 200k. They've abandoned ever updating or recreating classic. NEXT is a POS half screen that isn't user friendly. The APP is still an embarrassment. They purposefully drove away the top 99% of creators with the best talent. And yet, their stock is up. When the eff is this company going to stop being rewarded for its lack of competence?

I have been on here 17 years, I remember a caring IMVU, the ceo Bret would pop into rooms and chat to members, taking on board Ideas to help build a better one, he even used to put out when he was in a certain area if anyone wanted to say hi and have a chat and a coffee.The rooms were always full with voice boxes going off with funny voices making everyone laugh, it was fun times. The main point of Imvu was making friends and social interaction and the number online showed this. Imvu has failed its developer community now, squeezing everything they could out of them till it broke them. I think it all went wrong when they brought in the mobile app.
More young people are joining but not spending, so they make an account up play on it for a bit then create a new one.
Now I am all for improvements, but the problem with imvu they dont listen to the members, if you have been here a long time you can see what will happen. Bringing in the ap plus is a big slap in the face to members with ap already and they signed up for adult them, why shouldnt they get that now why should this be a 2 tier item. Peer review, leaving the work to pass items by the community,then being penalised if you get it right but others may pass it you are then stung with a slapped hand, you then have to flag it when it is in the shop. Because members are being out through all this is it any wonder they walk away, is it any wonder they dont want to spend thier money and pay for all the staffs wages.
