Im speaking on behalf of my friend she's been gifted ap but cant access it to get it on her profile and she's tried going on the website but cant log on because forgot her password she's tried everything to do with her password like forgot password for email and not working she tryed looking for numbers to contact imvu to talk to them but none of the numbers are working she would contact u like i am but has to log on to do that but cant if the password wont work

Worse thing is it is a new account and she doesn't really want to get rid specifically when been gifted ap

The same thing that's happening to my friend, the one that I was advised to do at the help center, is to create a new account, and contact them and say that the old account is blocked - crazy stuff.
