I read in the IMVU post regarding sales etc. from stickers in Tiers will NOT be counted in Tiers. So if this is a fact, when one purchases stickers. WHERE do those profits go?? Do we as the creator of such receive the profit. It just is not counted in Tiers?

You still get the profits, it just doesn't count for Tier. You might want to read these since it's nothing new. It was implemented back in July of 2021.
