So today I was banned for 14 days for apparently violating TOS, the email says " We warned you previously about creating IMVU Public Rooms that were incorrectly rated, but we just discovered that you created at least one other room with inappropriate content " however, I've been on VU for 10+ years, never had a warning & I've never gotten banned. The only room i have is an AP room with AP products bought directly from the store, the room bio is the same as every other AP room and the room photo is the same as other AP rooms. They haven't given me a direct reasoning as to what exactly has broken TOS, I've overread the TOS and nothing in my room is against the TOS. Could this of been accidental? I'm extremely confused.

Hi Ashley ty for your comment but this doesn't answer/or resolve my problem. I've also contacted vu 10 hours ago with no response :/
