17 days and still no reply to my ticket

I recently tried to cancel my request to delete my account they asked for further info so they could give me the best solution that was 17 days ago which I immediately replied to when it first came through . Now 17 days later and no response and still says status : waiting on agent . I read tickets are answered 1-5 days none vip and it’s went far past that :( I feel like I’m being ignored so they don’t have to give me my account back which was NOT taken from me I choose to delete it thinking I would not return and it’s in the 30 days period so I am able to receive it back right now but the longer it takes to get a reply I won’t be able to get it back ….. HELP :)

Hey @Ashleyellen. My ticket number is #566546. I have not received any response yet, despite submitting the ticket almost 10 days ago. If you could help me out with this, I'd be greatly obliged. :)

They Are responding robotic answers, Can someone really help me? I don't know what to do to get back my account

@Ashleyellen they Are accusing of something I did not do, and they don't analyse the case, they are just randomly answering. (And it is taking 1 week). My account is on hold for something I did not do ID 561767 , my account @isatrans2

@Ashleyellen my account is on Hold too and I am Boeing acused of using a bot account. I am innocent and I am sure of that! My case is ID 561767, please help me they are not helping on the responses.
