I recently tried to cancel my request to delete my account they asked for further info so they could give me the best solution that was 17 days ago which I immediately replied to when it first came through . Now 17 days later and no response and still says status : waiting on agent . I read tickets are answered 1-5 days none vip and it’s went far past that :( I feel like I’m being ignored so they don’t have to give me my account back which was NOT taken from me I choose to delete it thinking I would not return and it’s in the 30 days period so I am able to receive it back right now but the longer it takes to get a reply I won’t be able to get it back ….. HELP :)

20 days now @ashleyellen my number ticket is #402824 but now I’m not in the 30 day period so chances are I’ve permanently lost my account due to not being answered once I submitted my security info 20 days ago so I think I’ll be leaving imvu permanently thank you anyways

Hi I’m an vip account and I have seen that chat online with support doesn’t work.. I opened a ticket 4 days ago ..and it’s still on waiting on agent. Can you help me please? Ticket 423803
