I just logged into my account 2 days ago, after maybe a year or so of not logging on. I was told my account was put on hold for that reason I guess. I submitted a ticket as I was told to and still haven't received a reply or anything at all. Any tips on how long it takes or anything for that matter that may help me out with this issue?

But you know the money in which you have paid into they already got paid and holding onto our and we are loosen money for them putting this on hold for no given reason. Why are they removing the message the sent to me? That is strange? Are they hiding. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks now and I only get a copy and paste answer that has nothing to do with what they told me I did which I have proof of all they are trying to say I have dont.

This is the same for me , ticket after ticket and all I get is around and a around copy and pasted letter. 


I have already provided all of the requested information multiple times, including:

✔ My full name and verification documents
✔ The original email address used on the account
✔ PayPal details, including name and verification
✔ Credit card details (last 4 digits), billing address, and cardholder information

Despite complying fully with your verification process, my account remains on hold, and you continue to request the same details without providing any valid reason for the delay.

I got my first response today after 13 days, after 1 response it can take 1-5 new days for anything else to happen so yeah it will take time
