Dear imvu my account is disabled for no reason please help me I spent 2k and my id is new my id disabled last 3 days

Someone hacked my account and disabled it and I didn’t receive any disabled messages on my email

Someone took my account and changed the email and password, I filed a report to IMVU and gave every piece of evidence they needed. What else should I do?
