@YutakaSuzuki I've been through 16 years of IMVU and I don't know how many CEOs, and all of them seemed to have kept a layer of management that acted solely as a buffer between them and the customers so that they don't have to actually hear what the user wants or is experiencing.  The majority have done projects to improve IMVU up to 80-90% of completion and then said good enough and walked away, never wanting to modify or improve unless something catastrophic happens.  I am thankful that these people are not responsible for constructing dams or in the pharmaceutical industry, as the results of their hubris and lack of empathy for people would have been disastrous.  If you look over the classic engine and the various web pages, such as groups or your personal account page, you'll see tons of stuff that should have been deleted from the code because no one used it, but they don't.  They just leave it there, to get more and more out of sync with the rest of the platform and to eventually cause problems.  Now multiply those horrible policies over three separate platforms, plus take a two year period off to work on scams like their NFTs and cryptocurrencies while neglecting their product, and everything is just in shambles.  If there was anything else even close to IMVU I would have been long gone if not for friends on here.  As it is, I'm thinking heavily about trying out Twinity or 3DXChat and just keeping this account for the meager revenue I get from creating.

I'm starting to think about just moving to another platform.

The BOT Never Even Asks What The
Overall Issue You Have Is At All...

You Could Probably Claim You Want
To Visit Physically To Murder These Devs,
& It Would Sit Here For Months, & The
IMVU Staff Would Never Even Know
You Wrote This At All, Maybe, I Am Not
Entirely Sure, I Haven't Used These
Forums Enough To Know...

Not Only Do I Hate The Chat BOT
Experience, But I Also Hate Their
Dis-Respectful Toxic Ticket Support,
& The Fact The Phone Support
Was Shut Down...

I Just Think We Need To Get These
Devs Somehow Fired From Their Jobs...

Be Installed In An Earlier Version At All

2 days ago I started having the same problem each time I booted the Bots that have invaded and are spamming advertising for that IMVU privacy hacking site. 

Since those Bots are able to breed new Bots faster than Mods are able to log back on and load into rooms again I then tried to solve the problem myself. I am so happy that IMVU tech are able to take notice of  technical problems and find solutions so quickly.

The solution that worked best for me was to first clear the IMVU cache found in settings, then to uninstall IMVU from my PC before clearing out my browser and finally restart my PC before downloading the updated version of IMVU Classic. 

Depending on which browser one uses 3 extra steps might be needed: Updating the browser and windows then restarting PC again before logging on IMVU.

I just had the same thing happen to me.  Why am I paying for VIP?  This product gets worse every single passing day.  There was already a list of glitchs and problems hundreds of items long before this, and coupled with IMVU apparently unwilling to do anything about bots swarming rooms, I'm starting to think about just moving to another platform.
