I wonder why I was told that my old account was reactivated but a weeks later I was told my account was disabled. I dont think that response from support teams was valid and there is to clarity and explaination on why the answer I received from both ticket were not the same.
Dear @Ashleyellen. kindly please help me and passed to the support teams and give me a details explaination on why I got different answer for the ticket. If can please do your best as you can to recovered my account.

Well i just got email by 2nd support team that my account was permanently disabled but during my first attempt issuing ticket I also got responded and was told that my account got reactivated. I dont know at this point if IMVU was telling the truth or lies.
"Thanks for contacting us today about this issue. I'm Angel, and I'm glad to inform you that I've successfully reactivated your account."
This was the first replied from the support teams.
"Thank you for sending the attachment. Your account has been permanently disabled and removed from our system due to an extended period of inactivity. Unfortunately, this means that the account cannot be recovered. We acknowledge that this can be disheartening, and we genuinely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."
And this was the second ticket respond from another support teams.
Kindly clarify to me and if can please return and reactivate back my account as this cause an inconvenience to me and I felt like I just got scammed by support teams regarding on this matter.I would really appreciate if you guys can do your best effort on recovering my account.
I just want to give you my opinion that making this kind of policies especially removing account from inactivity was the most unhealthy practice and cause harm for not only the IMVU communites but to the IMVU company itself in the future. Just imagine having other games like Fortnite,GTA etc and making the same IMVU policies.They are gonna face a very serious lawsuit even if it stated part of the so called "policies".
Other than that disabling my account when I bought Age Verification especially when I gave you guys my real identity makes me felt insecure as I am afraid that my personal data got breach.
Lastly,due to all respect kindly please clarify the situation and do your best on recovering my account.

Well it's been 24 and it's been 5 days and there's been a reply from imvu
