We've updated IMVU Web and IMVU Desktop with new alert sounds and enhanced camera controls for seamless navigation!
Alert Sounds
Never miss another friend's invite again! You will now hear pleasant alert sounds when your friends come online, invite you to chat, and more. You can also easily mute these sounds from your settings menu.
Enhanced Camera Control for Seamless Navigation
Experience a new level of camera control with our advanced system. Utilize the familiar WASD keys for smooth and intuitive camera movement and rotation. Effortlessly switch between avatar and world perspectives through a cleverly designed interface.
Hide / Unhide UI Elements in Chat Rooms
Added the ability to hide or unhide UI elements in Chat Rooms, including chat bubbles, seat nodes, and avatar discs.
This is an incredible and highly practical update for Web and Desktop users! Adding the WASD keys for camera controls makes room navigation feel so much more like a modern gaming experience. I also love the ability to hide UI elements like chat bubbles and seat nodes—this is going to be amazing for taking clean screenshots and editing pictures! Thank you, IMVU Team, for these awesome enhancements

I'm on classic, and I notice when I play my mixes, the sound cuts off while it's playing, and doesn't come back on while playing. Also, Pulse will not load, and Get Matched is still broken. IMVU, please fix these issues first before you add new features. Thank you.

Do you only get these updates if you are VIP Emerald? I have updated and see no Enhanced Camera Controls, here no new sounds. Any suggestions? Anyone else have his problem?

The new features are very nice and practical. If you could add an indication that someone you're talking to is typing at that moment, that would be wonderful... it would stop a lot of misunderstandings, where while you think the other person isn't typing, you're ruining the conversation and their flow.

No command works. Where do you see that there are changes? I’ve had an account since 2010 and I don’t see anything at all.
