So how many months does it take for someone to respond to tickets? Yes, I said months as I have been waiting going on 3 months for responses to 2 tickets & almost 4 months on another ticket. The others are over 2 weeks.

I have & gotten nowhere. Been fighting for over a week on getting 2 stickers to pass through PR properly. Whomever is doing PR keeps failing them. Both are rated AP, there are no tags. One says His Babygirl PID 4198913 the other says Her Babygirl PID 5537852. They are rated AP as of the sexual nature. There is literally no reason someone is failing them. I have resubmitted them over 20 times this week. Each & every time I get a message they have passed but once I go to them they have failed. That is just one of the couple of issues.

If the issue is so import to solve then maybe you will have to start over by making a new help ticket.

Yes only IMVU can resolve the issues. I am about to just hide the items & lose profit because it is not being handled.

Even if that is the case it still stands to reason that something has prevented a response If so much time has elapsed.
Whatever the issue was that you needed help with is it still an issue that only IMVU Staff can solve?

Everything is correct, I include all info needed & I double check everything before sending. Even if all that was not correct it should not take months for a response.

If so much time has elapsed then it stands to reason that something has prevented a response. Maybe the ticket was filled out the wrong way; an error might be blocking the ticket from getting processed.
When a help ticket is created the first part involves several steps.
1. The e mail entered needs to exactly match the e mail associated with the account
2. The subject needs to be short, precise and easy to understand; correct grammar and spelling helps. Avoid using abbreviations, slang and emojis. Think of this as the ticket headline.
3. Choose the correct case category
4. Choose the correct topic type and subtopic types
5. Other information fields might open depending on which case category, topic and subtopics were chosen. Make sure all information is current, correct and relevant to the information type requested.
* The 2nd, 3rd and 4th parts all need to match up and reflect the issue that needs to get resolved.
The description is main body of the help ticket and where one describes the nature of the issue. Again here one needs to be precise and easy to understand. This part one can add more details than one did in the subject part but one still needs to avoid writing a wall of text. A few sentences at most is best. Again correct grammar and spelling helps; also avoid using abbreviations, slang and emojis.
Some good tips to think about before filing a help ticket:
1 Don't be emotional, stressed or in a bad mood when making the help ticket
2. Write the help ticket in a very formal and respectful way
3. Be objective and rational
4. Make a draft and proof read it several times. Maybe take 1 to 2 days time to think about what was written in the draft before making the actual ticket because one might want to change the wording.
