I'm having a very specific problem with IMVU Studio and I need help understanding what's happening.
I created a relatively large item, so in the first submission I published it without the textures, just the mesh, to ensure the file would be accepted.
Everything went well: IMVU approved it normally.
After that, I followed the correct procedure:
✔️ Derived from my own item
✔️ Applied the textures
✔️ Checked the CFL before submitting
✔️ The Studio showed the weight within the limit: 2724K / 3072K
✔️ No alerts or warnings within the Studio
But when I click Publish, only this message appears:
Hi @IFelix, Glad to hear it's working. It sounds like the project size was close to the limit, ~350K. An uncompressed 512x512 image is ~770K. A 256x256 image is going to be a quarter of that. Depending file format and compression of the file the final size can vary. It is best to take the displayed project size as an approximation.

Hi! Thank you for the response. I was able to solve the issue, but there seems to be something strange happening with the CFL calculation.
I was using a 512×512 texture, which ended up being approximately 2724K — still within the total limit of 3072K allowed for the product. However, when I tried to publish it, the system always returned "CFL too large" and did not show the "Report a Problem" option.
When I reduced the texture to 256×256, it became around 1K, and only then was I able to publish the product normally.
So, even though the 512×512 texture was within the limit, it still caused the CFL error, while the 256×256 texture worked without issues. The product is hidden but still available to derive, and I only added these textures when deriving it again.

Hi @IFelix, Try publishing the product again and after you get the message do a 'Report a Problem'. This will send us logs to see what happened. Also what is the product ID (PID) of the product you were working on?
