AP+ and age verification

I have had my age verified up until 3 years ago. Now I no longer have the badge. As well as having AP for years and still not being able to use any of the features or be invited… what’s going on?

If your Age Verification badge is no longer showing and your Access Pass (AP) features are not working, this usually indicates an account or entitlement issue that the Community cannot resolve.
