Hi, I’m having an issue with the age verification process. I’ve already completed the verification using my driving licence and the face scan, but I keep receiving the message: “We could not confirm you meet the required age.” I am definitely over 18 and have followed all the guidance provided. I ensured that my ID image was clear, well-lit, and free from blur or shadows. I also completed the face scan in good daylight conditions, but the same message continues to appear. I have already responded to the support ticket, but it is taking quite a long time to receive a reply. Could you please advise what steps I can take next to resolve this issue?
