I’m writing to address an issue I’ve been facing a lot lately. Every time, I’m entering a public chat room, after I’ve watched the adds, the room won’t load at all. I can’t see the other players (avatars), or myself and generally the room isn’t appearing at all. I can only see the chat conversation though.
Moreover, I’ve already tried logging out of my account, waiting for a bit and then logging back in, but this issue remains. I’ve also deleted the app and re downloaded after a while, tried to enter a chat room and it still won’t load.
I would appreciate your assistance regarding this matter and I remain at your disposal for any further actions that may be required. Please you may take all the necessary steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
