When will I receive my 5,000+ VIP credits?

One of the perks of being VIP on IMVU is getting an additional 5,000+ credits every month, plus 200 credits for each consecutive month, for a year (i.e., an additional 200 on your next month, 400 on the next… up to 7,400 bonus credits on the 13th month!).               

As long as your VIP account is active and current, you will receive your monthly credits on the date your VIP successfully renews. Barring any issues with the subscription, this is regularly on the day corresponding to when you originally signed up. Please note that the credits will appear on the exact same day of sign-up, and unless the VIP cycle changes, we will be unable to change this date.
 

For example...  

If you signed up on 4/17, then you will get your next installment of credits on 5/17, 6/17, 7/17, etc. This process will continue as long as your VIP subscription is active and current. The only exception is when you signed up during irregular days at the end of the month. For example, if you signed up on January 31, your next credit payouts will be on February 28. March 31, April 30, etc.

Note that if we are unable to charge your card, our system will continue to try to charge your card for several days. This, however, will not affect your renewal date. You will still receive your credits

If you have not received your credits within 24 hours of your monthly renewal date, please contact us through the exclusive VIP Chat. You may also file a ticket by logging in at support.imvu.com/support/tickets/new > Case Category: VIP Club > Topics: I Did Not Receive my Credits, and we'll quickly examine the issue and award you the missing credits where appropriate.

Note as well that if you signed up for VIP using SMS or mobile payments (only available in select countries), your monthly VIP rewards may differ based on the existing agreement between IMVU and you payment processor.

What if I paid in advance?

If you paid for a full three months of VIP, for example, you will get the credits at the appointed date (according to the same rules above) for each of those three months -- not all at once. So you will still get 15,000+ worth of credits in total.
