How many Credits do VIPs get?
The amount of monthly base Credits you receive per month will depend on the VIP Tier you signed up for:

Diamond Tier | 6,000 Credits | 3,000 Credits |
| Emerald Tier | 30,000 Credits | 30,000 Credits |
On top of these base Credits, those who signed up for the Platinum and Diamond VIP Tiers will also get an additional 200 Credits per month, up to a total of 8,400 monthly Credits, while those who signed up for the Emerald VIP Tier will get an additional 500 Credits per month, up to a total of 36,000 monthly Credits starting on the 13th month of consecutive VIP Diamond membership!

IMVU offers a Credit increase as a loyalty reward to VIP Club members. It’s our way of thanking you for being a VIP!
How can I get more monthly VIP Credits?
Upgrade your VIP tier level here to earn more VIP Credits! Each tier comes with more and more perks!
Do Loyalty Credits Have a Grace Period?
You get 30 days from your VIP downgrade or cancellation, or any missed payment of your monthly VIP fee to resubscribe to VIP. Resubscribing within this 30-day period will retain your current standing with Loyalty Credits.
What happens if I leave the VIP Club and join again later?
If you leave VIP we will welcome you back at the base amount of Credits per month and offer the opportunity for you to start stacking up your 200 Loyalty Credits per month again. For more information about what happens to your Loyalty Credits when moving between Tiers, check out this article.
Where are my Credits?
You will receive your VIP Credits each month on the day you are charged as long as your VIP membership is active.
An example of when you’ll get your Credits: If you bought your VIP Club membership on 4/17, you should receive your Credits on the 17th of each month as long as your VIP membership is active. If you have not received your Credits within 24 hours of your monthly renewal date, please contact our Customer Support team by filing a Help Ticket or via Live Chat. Under the case category, choose VIP Club and I did not receive my credits under VIP Topics.
Please Note: We are no longer offering Legacy VIP for purchase within IMVU. This means if you choose to leave Legacy VIP when you’re ready to be VIP again, you’ll only have the option of purchasing Tiered VIP (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Emerald).
