If you are experiencing difficulties purchasing and/or using your credits, please check if your account is on hold by reading this article. When accounts are on hold, credits cannot be used -- this is done as a protective measure against takeovers.

If your account is active and you encounter error messages in purchasing items, please check your account's credit balance log to see if the purchase went through. If it did not, please contact us by filing a ticket so we can troubleshoot the issue.

To review the transaction history, follow the steps below:

Reviewing Your Transaction History via the Account Page

STEP 1: Go to https://www.imvu.com/catalog/web_index.php and log in to your account. If you are having problems logging in, read this help article here.

STEP 2: Click Account.

STEP 3: On your Account page, look under Order History, and then click View Credits Balance Log.

STEP 4: Select the Begin date and End date of the transactions that you want to view, and then click Update.

STEP 5: Check each credit transaction that is listed on the table. The different types of transactions include product purchases, credit purchases, catalog earnings, and additions from completing partner offers.

STEP 6: If you have a question regarding a particular product purchase or if there is a purchase record shown which you did not make, you may contact us by submitting a help ticket.
