When is this change happening?

You can now get Credits with VCOIN by converting them from your VCOIN Wallet on IMVU Website and IMVU Mobile. From your VCOIN Wallet, you click Convert to Credits, and then designate the amount of VCOIN you want to convert into Credits. We will update this article once it's available on other platforms, so stay tuned!

How do I convert VCOIN into Credits?

STEP 1. Go to your VCOIN Wallet by clicking on the VCOIN icon on the upper-right hand corner of your home screen, and click Convert to Credits.

STEP 2. Enter the amount of VCOIN you wish to convert. The conversion Credit amount will automatically appear based on the VCOIN amount that is entered.

Note: Decimal values are not allowed. You will see an error if a decimal point is used.

Click Convert to Credits again to complete the transaction.

STEP 3. A confirmation message will appear, and your conversion is complete!

What is the conversion rate of VCOIN to Credits?

The conversion rate is 1 VCOIN to 4 Credits. This rate is stable and will not change.

Example: 25 VCOIN = 100 Credits

What are the minimum and maximum conversion rates?

The minimum conversion amount is 20 VCOIN.

The maximum conversion amount is 25,000 VCOIN every 30 days. This means if you converted 25,000 VCOIN to credits in a single day, you would need to wait another 30 days to convert your VCOIN into Credits again.
