To stop receiving (opt-out of) our promotional emails, you may change your email preferences either through the IMVU Classic Website or via IMVU Website.
Remember that your email must be verified first to change your email preferences.
On the IMVU Classic website:
Step 1. Log in via Classic website.
Step 2. Go to your email settings.
Step 3. Untick the All box or the selected subscription you do not want to receive. If you wish to opt-in to these emails again, simply revert the changes to your preferences and hit Save.
On the IMVU Website:
Step 1. Log in via IMVU website.
Step 2. Go to your email settings.
Step 3. Toggle the Subscribe to All option off or untick the selected subscription you do not want to receive. If you wish to opt-in to these emails again, simply revert the changes to your preferences.
