You may hear about versions of IMVU that allow you to upload any other Creator's product as your own. Similar scammers may offer other services like free Whisper without having to buy VIP. These are both forms of stealing and could result in being disabled by IMVU or having your account taken over by the scammers who are selling you their software. Logging in to these fake versions of IMVU may provide your login information, including your password, to the scammers. You should only download the IMVU Client from IMVU.com and our download page at http://www.imvu.com/download.php. It is against IMVU's Terms of Service to use fake versions of our software.
