There are numerous "cheats" on YouTube and other sites offering ways to cheat the IMVU Credit system (some are called "credit generators"). These never work and could possibly result in your losing access to your account. In some cases, these "credit generators" require you to enter your avatar name and password -- this is giving your account away! You are being robbed!
NEVER give your password to anyone, including friends and people who claim to be staff. IMVU Staff will never ask for your password.
NEVER access non-IMVU.com sites that claim to give you IMVU credits for free. These are fraudulent. You may lose your account forever if you access them.
And ALWAYS make sure you only take Credit offers from IMVU and its legitimate partners, to protect your account! Here's more information on this topic.
