IMVU Music is not available in certain countries

The following change related to our Music Store will affect IMVU users from 12 countries listed below. Users accessing IMVU from one of these countries will no longer be able to buy, use or listen to any music tracks sold in our Music Store. 
 

List of countries affected: 

• Algeria 

• Brazil 

• Columbia 

• Egypt 

• India 

• Indonesia 

• Morocco 

• Pakistan 

• Philippines 

• Romania 

• Turkey 

• Venezuela
   

So what does this mean for users from these countries? 

They will not be able to buy any tracks from the Music Store. 

They will not have access to any of the tracks they had purchased or received as gifts prior to this change. The My Music tab on account pages will not appear for them. 

They will not be able to listen to any tracks played by other IMVU members in chat rooms. The music tool will not be accessible to them. 

A notification message will be shown to affected users if they attempt to access the Music feature within IMVU.

We appreciate the importance of the Music service for IMVU’s community and will strive to ensure the best possible and cost-effective experience for all. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause for our community members.
