What happens to a Creator's products if he is disabled?

If a Creator account has been permanently disabled by IMVU for policy violations and has remained disabled for at least 30 days, then any products from that creator that are still correctly rated can no longer be purchased, derived from or added to a bundle/outfit going forward. Previously, though such products were suppressed from search, they were still available for purchase and derivation if a direct link was found. 

The change affects any and all Creator accounts that were ever disabled and remain disabled beyond 30 days including the ones disabled in the past. 

This ALSO affects accounts that are voluntarily disabled. 

This does NOT affect products that have already been purchased or are currently in derivation chains of other products. 

Why is this?

IMVU has implemented this change for three reasons:

• We want to support and showcase Creators who are active within our community, complying with our policies, and creating awesome products for all to enjoy. 

• We want to ensure that if a product is broken and needs to be changed for any reason, the Creator of that product is available and active to make the change. 

• We want to minimize the the cases of inappropriate products being sought for purchasing or derivation.
