How to follow up on missing Credits on mobile (Android Users)

Looking for credits earned from one of our Offer Partners via IMVU Mobile? Our offer partners provide support for missing credits which they have offered. The best way to follow up on your missing credits is to get in touch with the offer partner directly. Please see the steps below:


STEP 1: Login to IMVU mobile, go to the Rewards tab, and select Earn Credits.

STEP 2: Tap Offers for Free Credits.

STEP 3: On the upper-left corner of your screen, tap on the hamburger menu (≡).

STEP 5: Tap Support to contact our third party partner. 


I completed a Quest but didn’t receive Promo Credits. What should I do?

Please review your Credits Balance Log to check if you have already got the free Promo Credits. If not, please contact our support team for assistance.
