How to follow up on missing Credits on mobile (iOS Users)

Looking for credits earned from one of our Offer Partners via IMVU Mobile? Our offer partners provide support for missing credits which they have offered. The best way to follow up on your missing credits is to get in touch with the offer partner directly. Please see the steps below:

STEP 1: Login to IMVU mobile and go to Rewards then tap Earn Credits.




STEP 2: Tap Complete an Offer.


STEP 3: On the upper-left corner of your screen, tap on the hamburger menu ().


STEP 4: Select Status.



STEP 5: Tap Support to contact our third party partner.


Below are the usual status you will see:

Verifying - Started but not yet completed.
Pending - Waiting for confirmation from the 3rd party offer.
Completed - Completed offer.


If you do not see a Report button corresponding to the offer, please go directly to the offer partner's website and look for their support link.

Important: Some offers may ask you to make a purchase, so make sure you understand what it takes to get your free IMVU Credits!
