What if I want to upgrade my VIP Tier? 

You can simply purchase a new VIP Tier if you want to upgrade or downgrade. 

To do this, you can always check the VIP Tiers purchase page to see all three options: Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

Is VIP available on Mobile? 

Yes. VIP privileges are available on mobile. To know more, you can visit this article.  

Note that the Mobile version of VIP Tiers has certain differences from its Web counterpart.

How do I purchase Tiered VIP on my IMVU Classic (IMVU Client)? 

Purchasing Tiered VIP (along with other Upgrades) is currently not available on the IMVU Classic (IMVU Client).

I want to use Gift Cards to get VIP. Can I do that? 

Absolutely! Here are the corresponding denominations.

For VIP Diamond 

• $25 card - 1 month of VIP + 10,000 Credits (with a monthly credit allowance of 6,000+)

• $50 card - 4 months of VIP (with a monthly Credit allowance of 6,000+)

For VIP Platinum  

• $10 card - 1 month of VIP (with a monthly Credit allowance of 5,000+)

• $25 card - 3 months of VIP (with a monthly Credit allowance of 5,000+)

• $50 card - 8 months of VIP (with a monthly Credit allowance of 5,000+) 

For VIP Gold

• $10 card - 2 months of VIP (with a monthly Credit allowance of 2,000) 

• $25 card - 6 months of VIP (with a monthly Credit allowance of 2,000) 

• $50 card - 16 months of VIP (with a monthly Credit allowance of 2,000)

How many Credits do VIPs get? 

The amount of monthly base Credits you receive per month will depend on the VIP Tier you signed up for. Kindly refer to this article to know more about VIP Loyalty Credits.

What if I want to get the Legacy VIP? 

We are no longer offering Legacy VIP for purchase within IMVU. This means if you choose to leave Legacy VIP when you’re ready to be VIP again, you’ll only have the option of purchasing Tiered VIP (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Emerald).
