How is my Monthly Average Sales Amount (MASA) calculated?

A creator’s MASA is calculated by taking the total number of Cash earnings and Credit Earnings accumulated through product sales divided by 12 full calendar months.

Please note: Current month is not included in your MASA calculation.

How does MASA apply to my monthly payout request?

MASA is applied to a creator’s monthly payout request. Your MASA limit  (Maximum amount you may request in a month) refreshes on the 1st day of every month. You may request the payout in one of the following frequencies:

  • You may request a single  lump sum of your total MASA limit on any day of the month.

  • Alternatively, you may request multiple payouts within the same month until you reach your MASA limit, however, a $5 fee will be charged if more than 2 payouts is requested in the same 30 day period.

Please note: Once a creator has reached their MASA limit for the month, all payout request thereafter will be rejected.

How is MASA applied to my Alternate (Alt) accounts?

For creators with alternate accounts, each account will have its own MASA limit. Payout request are not totaled together for main accounts and alternate accounts. For example, if a creator’s main account has reached its MASA for the month, but their alternate account has not reached its limit for the month, the creator can still request payouts for the alternate account.

Please note: More than 2 payouts in a 30 day period are subject to a $5/payout fee.

What if I don’t request a payout for several months or I am banking up for a larger payout?

Your money continues to remain in your available balance and you may request all or some of it in your future payouts. Please note: if you did not request your full MASA limit for the same month, that amount does not roll over to the following month. Your payout request will be subjected to your current MASA limit for the following month.

What is the minimum and maximum amount that any Creator can request monthly based on MASA limits?

The minimum amount a creator can request is $50 USD (the "Minimum Payment Threshold"). The maximum amount a creator can request per month is $10,000 USD.
