How many puzzle pieces can I receive each month?

Upon subscription renewal, each VIP tier will receive a designated number of puzzle pieces each month. Here’s what you can expect:

• Gold VIP: 1 puzzle piece
• Platinum VIP: 2 puzzle pieces
• Diamond VIP: 3 puzzle pieces
• Emerald VIP: 4 puzzle pieces 

Tiers receiving more than one puzzle piece per month can resell these additional pieces for VCOIN.
 

How do I buy and resell puzzle pieces?

There are two ways to purchase additional puzzle pieces. 

(1) Visit your profile, select a puzzle piece you own, and choose to buy more. You can also list your puzzle piece for sale here. Or, select a darkened puzzle piece you don’t own. This takes you to a page where you can buy it with VCOIN. If you don’t have enough VCOIN, you’ll be prompted to purchase more.

(2) Go to a VIP user’s profile and select any puzzle piece. This will take you to that puzzle product piece’s page, where you can buy more or resell it if you own at least one. Using this method does not necessarily mean you’ll be purchasing that user’s exact puzzle piece; the piece visible for sale will be the lowest-priced puzzle piece available. 

What is VCOIN and how do I use it to buy or sell puzzle pieces?

VCOIN is an IMVU digital currency that is built on blockchain technology. Eligible users can purchase, earn, and exchange VCOIN within the IMVU platform and even transfer it off platform and convert it into cash. Learn more about VCOIN & how to buy VCOIN: http://im.vu/help937

When purchasing additional puzzle pieces, you will be prompted to first buy VCOIN. Additionally, if you are reselling any puzzle pieces you will receive payment in VCOIN.
 

Are there any fees associated with buying or selling puzzle pieces?

To resell a puzzle piece, there is a 5% processing fee. This fee covers the cost of payment processing and third-party fees to our partners, Uphold and Immutable X.
 

On what platforms can I interact with my VIP puzzle pieces?

Puzzle pieces can only be viewed, purchased, and resold on Web and Desktop. Puzzle pieces cannot be viewed, purchased, or transferred on IMVU Mobile apps or any third-party platform.
 

Can I trade puzzle pieces with other users?

Currently, there is no functionality to trade puzzle pieces with specific users.
 

Are there any restrictions on who can purchase puzzle pieces?

While there are restrictions based on location, VIP users residing in countries where VCOIN and NFTs are permitted can receive, buy and resell puzzle pieces.

If you are in a country where such transactions are restricted, you will not receive VIP NFTs as part of your Tiered VIP membership. Additionally, you will not be able to purchase VIP NFT puzzles, even if you have been gifted VCOIN.

What are the rewards for completing my puzzle collection?

Users that own ALL twelve 2024 puzzle pieces at 11:59PM PT on December 31st, 2024 will receive an exclusive product in their inventory.
 

What happens if I downgrade my VIP subscription?

When you downgrade your VIP subscription, you will receive the puzzle pieces for the tier you paid for in the current month. Starting from the next month, you will receive the number of puzzle pieces corresponding to the new, lower tier.

Example:
If you downgrade from Diamond VIP (3 puzzle pieces) to Platinum VIP (2 puzzle pieces), you will receive 3 puzzle pieces for this month as a Diamond VIP. From next month onwards, you will receive 2 puzzle pieces as a Platinum VIP.
 

What happens if I cancel my VIP subscription?

If you choose to cancel your VIP subscription you will not receive subsequent puzzle pieces for future months. However, you will still be able to view, buy, and resell your existing puzzle pieces from your profile.
 

What happens to my puzzle pieces if my IMVU account is suspended, banned, or deleted?

If your IMVU account is suspended, banned, or deleted, your puzzle pieces will be delisted.

Suspended Accounts
Accounts may be temporarily suspended due to situations such as payment issues or suspicious activity. Puzzle pieces in suspended accounts may be recovered once the ongoing issue with the account or suspension is lifted.

Banned Accounts
Any violation of our terms of service will result in a permanent ban. Because of that, any puzzle pieces associated with the permanently banned account will not be recoverable. If you believe the ban was a mistake, you can contact customer support for further assistance.

Deleted Accounts
Deleting your account permanently deletes all personal data associated with your account, that includes puzzle pieces. You will not be able to regain access to your account once it has been completely deleted. You will have a few days to contact the customer support team if you change your mind, but there’s no guarantee that your account will be recoverable. In other words, think twice before deleting your account!
 

Can I hide my puzzle pieces on my profile page?

Yes, you can hide your puzzle piece collection from your profile page. To do this, click your profile picture in the top right corner, select "Edit Profile," and toggle off the "VIP NFT" option. This will also hide your VIP NFT badge.
