Due to updated regulations, users in certain countries are now required to accept our new Privacy Policy before they can log into IMVU. If this step is not completed, you may encounter an error message when trying to access IMVU Classic or the mobile app.
To view and accept the new Privacy Policy, please follow these steps:
- Go to the IMVU Website and log out of your account.
- Wait a few seconds, then log back in.
- A pop-up will appear prompting you to "Accept All Cookies."
- This is where you'll be asked to review and accept the new Privacy Policy. Please review the new Privacy Policy before accepting.
- After you accept, log in again from any IMVU platform.
Important: This process must be completed on the website. You will not be able to trigger the pop-up or accept the policy from within IMVU Classic or the mobile app.
