Contact Tapjoy Support
Open the Tapjoy offer wall.
Tap the three-bar menu in the upper-left corner.
Tap Reward Status.
Find the offer you completed but did not receive a reward for.
Tap the offer to open its details.
Scroll down to the Contact Support section.
Follow the instructions to submit your support request.
When submitting your request, provide the requested information and any proof that you completed the offer requirements.
