If you completed a Digital Turbine offer but did not receive your reward, you can report the issue directly through the offer wall.

Report a Missing Reward

1. Open the Digital Turbine offer wall.

2. Tap Status in the bottom navigation bar.

3. Find the offer you completed and tap it to open the offer details.

4. If the offer is eligible for support, you will see a Report Issue button.

5. Tap Report Issue.

6. Complete the support form with the requested information.

7. Tap Submit.

Please note: The Report Issue button is only available for offers that are currently pending.
