If you need help with a Tap Research survey or reward, you can submit a support request directly through the Tap Research survey wall.
Contact Tap Research Support
From the Earn Credits screen, tap the Tap Research tile.
On the survey wall, tap the three horizontal bars in the upper navigation.
Tap Help.
Tap Submit a Support Request.
Follow the prompts to select the appropriate options.
Submit your support request.
Please provide as much information as possible about the survey or reward you're having trouble with so Tap Research can investigate your request.
