Oh! Makes sense now. I’m still earning money without VIP, so I was a little worried if I bought VIP once to withdraw I would stop earning money once the subscription ended and be forced to keep paying monthly. Thank you for the info @LovedWarrior​

Yes, that's what I asked and I was told yes. But someone official was going to come and explain all this. No one came since a week ago so I couldn't wait. We will still earn cash but to cash out we have to pay VIP.

What?????? A month or so ago now- In this thread amongst the hundreds of comments staff confirmed we would not earn cash anymore without VIP. We needed VIP to earn AND to cashout. I converted all my money left that I couldn’t cash out into credits because of this?????

This is how I found out. This reply going to my email inbox. Everything else I read said you need to hold you vip sub to make money. This changes things a LOT for me. Thank you for this info!

Actually, a lot of people were unaware that the ability to earn money without a VIP sub was still possible. No where did they state that even without a subscription we can still accumulate money earnings. Yeah to withdraw we pay but I’d rather pay for a month of vip when needed as opposed to paying year round.

Here are some of my ideas how you can make IMVU a better: (if you don't want to read the whole thing read the last bits when I am taking about making a new part in IMVU as a serious 3D dating site). Be the 1st serious 3D dating side in the world).

As an old creator, after reading the whole thread, I became aware of the latest changes and creators being frustrated. Many creators lost their trust in IMVU and stopped creating more products. If this was not your intention, you should be aware than a lot of us creators believe IMVU is going down and we should jump ship before we all sink together.

As a creator, I would have expected better from IMVU. If your company is having difficulties and you needed to make more money from the creators, I would have expected you to come with some new ideas and ask us pay for getting them rather than forcing all creators suddenly to buy VIP. For example, you could offer us faster payouts by requiring an automatic fee. This way you could offer something and then ask for payment for it.

In my opinion, you have to treat your creators in a different manner than your customers.

You came up with forced VIP,

• I expect a special creator VIP that helps me to create more and better, so it should be made only for creators.
• remove the developer tokens and give us something else to helps creators. For example, you want more creators to use IMVU studio, make it something like all IMVU studio users will have $0.50 cents or something in those lines instead of tokens if they do PR. Then see how fast the PR is gonna go. Put a limit on how many PR creators can do in a month, if you want to limit it.
• You are not the only company going through difficult times and you shouldn't eat our money to earn yours as we are the biggest majority that helps you make money. Offer us something in return.
• You tell us to buy VIP to create, ok, then allow us to connect and or funnel many of our accounts. At least 5, and allow us to take some out and add some later perhaps after a year.
• raise our earnings a little more once a year
• make your creators know they are wanted and needed
• hire 2,3,4 people who are in change of talking to creators, not just one person who gets burnt out because all creators jump on him/ her to ask for things when you make sudden unfair decisions.
• Ask opinions from your creators. You don't have to listen to everything they say but asking opinions will make us feel more included.
• Start catering IMVU for adults. You might be losing so much money and time and effort because you are catering to teens. Teens do not make money. Adults do. You want to make money, make your company for adults. If IMVU is going down now, it is because you are tying to attract teens. Teens should be your side work. Your main revenue will come from adults.
• Maybe add to IMVU a "cupid" corner where adults come and meet like a dating site. Advertise it like come meet each other here and use our shop for your together home and first time living together before you meet in rl. Find out if you are compatible and start in IMVU. There is something like that now but I am talking about a separate IMVU where singles come and meet (not mixed with teens) and they try to see if they can shop together and live together before they actually meet and get married in rl. If they get married, advertise it on tv and wherever you want as one of the accomplishments IMVU has done. You have all the pieces existing in IMVU. People can shop together, have a home together and so on. You are only lacking to advertise IMVU as a dating site for serious adults. A serious dating site. Something new. A 3D dating site to prepare them to meet and get married in rl. That could make you millions as there is no such thing done yet. People meet on every 3d site and some fall in love and get married. But imagine a 3d world only for singles to meet and date and have a home and shop together. Add voicing and video communication in rooms and you are basically done.

I would like all creators add their opinions how IMVU could get better and explain your reasons. If you just want to complain saying they won't hear us or beating on a dead horse please don't add anything. Together we can make IMVU a better place.

Dear... we knew. Please do not presume to tell anyone what they do or do not know. Many of us have been on this topic since it first came out and asked questions, got answers, and also came to the realization that there was nothing we could do except to either pay the VIP, earn credits, or quit creating. I am on a positive side. I'm still creating. I would apologize for being an "obstacle" for you but, I don't think I am standing in the way of anything for you. You'll still be clueless and posting information we already knew and others like you will keep posting about lawsuits. I'm gonna go do me and give up with peeps like you that keep telling everyone what they do or do not know and tell us we can't voice our opinions cause it doesn't fit with what you gotta say. No you didn't. Because what was said before was without VIP you can only earn credits. All the cash was gonna turn into credits. And instead of being an obstacle, you should join the positive side. So far whatever I say you just try to be an obstacle.
