Confusing conflicting information.

1. Do grandfathered Creators need VIP to create? No, Grandfathered Creators only need VIP if they would like to request a payout from the Earn Money Program
2. But if you never signed up for VIP at all, then you will be required to purchase Platinum or Diamond VIP to receive Earn Money payouts.

please have a way to reconsider that?

to offer affordable shops to all users, you have to put a very low profit percentage of 10-50 credits by sale,

so if we earn between 10 and 50 credits on each sale so as not to inflate the prices, what do we really get as money? 0cents? 1 cent?

Please tell to the CEO do not forget all our fees

photoshop licenses : 239.88$ per year

vector licenses also expensives

some police fonts for our advertises are not free and need also we pay a license

marvelous designer license: 280 $ per year

and other sofwares that creators had to buy and invest a lot of money

+ paypal fees

+ now $120 annual VIP?

some have few creators alt creators accounts

etc...

It's impossible to follow,

life HAS become expensive all over the world with inflation

people are struggling to find housing and food even the wealthiest among us have seen their lives change radically and count each piece of money,

so we put a lot of money in imvu in our creations excessives prices advertises campaigns, badges...

as if we are investors in a way but the money earned on our sales is too low,

yes we love Imvu but no we are not millionaires

One day we risk not being able to create anything anymore and leave all our shops abandoned for lack of financial means, yes we like imvu so much

but we all have houses, families, rents, medical expenses etc....

only the creators very wealthy with a strong annual financial income will be able to continue to create in the coming years

even the vip of 4$ you refuse it for money payments,

creators have to pay very high sums for their advertising 800,000 credits to be in the maven media,

but external influencers are paid lot of money spent in these campains by the marketing team or for artists (yes yes they do not do it for free)

to advertise on tik tok and instagram when they do not aren't even imvu users and create an account just for publicity and don't come back, it's really sad

if we are happy to see artists on imvu theses expenses should not fall on those who do all the work here the creators

please imvu must stop external influencers campagns and put a real spotlight on their creators

this money deserves to be invested in the creators who helped build what is IMVU today

these same creators who spent their money, put efforts, have made imvu a multimillionaire metaverse

imvu has already made articles many times where he said he owned 1% of the shop for imvu and 99% of the rest came from external creators.

Please increase your earned income lower your diversion fees or whatever or don't force to buy the vip with all the money all these people have already invested since many years

thank you for reading me and thank you in advance for all the help and consideration you can give us but we had to discuss about this and find a fair solution

I wonder why theres been no responses.. hmm I'm going to ask again, is this even Legal?? to Pay to get your hard earned money.... Also, what about the pending balances due to MASA?? Is Masa going away since we are paying... to get paid?? What is going to be fixed??

And going to ask this again... Are you paying out the "pending" balances before people need to pay... to get paid?

Are we getting raises?

I don't comment here much anymore because I feel like IMVU has not listened to much of what the community has to say, especially the long standing community members. But every time IMVU makes a change that costs creators more it affects the customers and the catalog. This will cause dissatisfaction between meshers and creators and some will leave and take their creations with them. The newer creators don't usually stay because they see how long it takes them to earn and build their way up. Now you are making it hard for people with experience to see the worth in working here. This will cause a hit to the market come July if not sooner and some time after that after people realize they can't get their payouts. There will be less new creations hitting the market. I remember the last bad decision IMVU made and a lot of the meshers left and the catalog was a bunch of old copies for months after. VIP is supposed to be for consumers that want extra functions. It should never have been required for anybody to create nor should it be required for creators to get paid! It's discriminatory, limiting and insulting!

This decision made me speechless. After 13 years working here and coping with every single change you made without considering us and how we deal with things I am not happy with the double taxes I have to pay 30 percent to you and 17 percent in my country, not happy with the inability to transfer credits, not happy because I will have to ask someone to buy VIP for me because my credit card can not purchase things only on imvu It works everywhere else, I did play by rules 13 years. Till now I was able to collect a small amount of money from a few accounts and now when my sales are hardly a dollar daily It s time to leave I think But who am I to you or anyone of us, we are small wheels in the system, easily replaceable. Thank you for 13 years few of them were really great I am just sad because of this bitter feeling that we are not worth. My comment is too emotional because I am attached to IMVU I learned so many things here but this last thing did not need in my life.

vip how will it benefit me, 1 i have so much in my shop i don't need to purchase anything. Being a developer i don't get the time to go in rooms often, i don't need the credits, i don't need the voice chat if i need to talk i have other places i can go to chat off imvu. So what you are saying imvu which is a form of blackmail, get vip or you wont get your money.

This is nothing more than a crooks way of holding developers to ransom. Yet on your financial information page you state, what a bad year 2022 was and how you value us , and you couldn't be without us. The wording and blog is nothing short of fake.

You do not value us, you do not support us, you have used us to build your company, and the very people who helped build this from the very start to make it what it is and given you all jobs you are in fact spitting in our faces. I don't think i have ever seen a company that is so 2 faced.

You see, we all made the mistake of believing IMVU understood the value of our creators. We should have known they didn't when they started the Earn Money program, paid us the lowest rate paid by any reseller, promised a future raise - and here we are still being paid at the same rate, lower than most resellers were paying us almost a decade ago. Have any IMVU employees received a raise since the Earn Money program began? We haven't - and now we will receive another pay CUT. We built this city. What a shame our partner doesn't understand that.

IMVU - if you want to dissolve your standing contracts with us, fine. But that means you need to do it properly. Dissolve the contract, hide/remove the items from the catalog, and zero out the account. Then if someone wants to continue they can agree to your new terms. Otherwise, you're definitely treading dangerous ground here.

I've been a registered creator since 2007 -- I bought my name, I bought a gold pass, and made all of the other investments early creators made. I was making for the platform when there wasn't even a guaranteed return outside of more credits to spend; we had to find resellers off-platform.

You took on this additional responsibility to your creators when you decided to move compensation in-house. Fulfill your obligation.

I'm curious about this, too. I've been a creator since 2007 -- my account has been passive income for over a decade; and, I've never earned super fast anyway. I don't know that my account will hit the $50 threshold before this goes into effect, but if it doesn't it'll be by a few bucks.

" Me : "i dont want this, new contract i didnt sign for it. i dont want a 10 dollar subscription, i dont want 1990. i want my 2000 ! Yep what they are saying you cant earn unless you have vip, but you can create and make them cash for free, how nice of them,,,,,,
