Customer service isn't going to give you the correct information. If you have an older account, you can purchase music. If your account is new opened in maybe February 2024, you won't be able to purchase music. It might have to do something with license. CS is going to tell you to try to purchase music in a week or so. Still, you will not be able to purchase.

Hi @MarcusDominicWalsh I have known people with this issue. Stay with your original Help Case and give staff the newer information. Answer the Help Case and give new details after trying again. This is the only way Staff can follow through.
