Same have waited for an hour no body replies also submitted a ticket but no replies also there yet its been 4 hour the previous site was much better to be honest

I changed the VIP, I went to diamond, to have assistance on live chat, I've been waiting for more than an hour, nobody answers

even the font on this new page looks like a downgrade... here are people trying to give IMVU money for upgrades and already paying for VIP tiers and NO ONE IS ANSWERING!? It literally says "replying in under 2 minutes" at the top... what a joke! I'm trying to get help with a big transaction and upgrade to emerald and no one is answering. Is IMVU hiring? Because the customer service does need to step up.
