Compre en la página oficial de imvu el ap y el ag más créditos y nunca llegaron a mi cuenta

I had the same issue earlier, I got tired of waiting so I contacted them through via phone call and got my situation resolved. It took some time because they do things differently on call than they do on live chat. But it would be best to call them until live chat is running properly again. Hope this helps!

today again live chat very long waiting times.....they say that all the agents are busy with other users....I don't understand...since the new chat has there been an increase in users???...before why weren't there such long waiting times???

Hello All, I am not here to complaint I am hear to give a shout out to all the IMVU staff on the Live Chat, they are here to help us, our problems do not go away if we don't get the correct help, a couple days ago I did not think I had the Live Chat, but I had not ever logged out of it and I need to log out and back in just here for the live chat, I do not think that IMVU is trying to hurt anybody, As any business would do is try and find away to help their customers, The staff has been excellent and treated me very good.
